Blind Rage is founded in July 2007 and exists of four members who grew up in Baarn, The Netherlands. Some of them have been friends for a long time or knew each other from the band Whiplash. Their music is influenced by numerous bands from the thrash metal and hardcore genre, without being a standard mixture of those two styles. Especially the guitar does remind of thrash metal, while the drums and bass are more hardcore oriëntated. In the vocals you can find a lot of death metal influences. With the combination of these elements, Blind Rage creates its own sound. Several sources of inspiration are performed live as cover songs, although the biggest part of their setlist consists of own material.
